Return Policy

1. Return Request
   You may return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that you retain the original packaging, accessories, and all labels to ensure we can process your return.
2. Return Requirements
   The item must be unused and in perfect condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
3. Return Process
   Please contact Customer Service via email to request a return. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions.
   You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the returned item to our designated address. We recommend using a tracked mail service so we can verify the return of the item.

Refund Policy

   For items that meet return requirements, we will process a refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
   Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary by bank and generally take 3-5 business days to be credited.
2. Shipping Costs
   The initial shipping cost is non-refundable in the event of a refund, unless the item was incorrectly shipped or the item was defective due to our error.

Exchange Policy
